SET-100挤粒机主要用途

SET-100挤粒机用于医药、食品、日化、橡胶助剂、燃料、催化剂等领域。用作粉体湿张挤出制粒。

Main Application:

This machine is widely used in industries such as pharmaceutics, foodstuff, chemical, rubber chemicals, dyestuff and catalyzer . The granulation of power materials are done under wet and extrusion process. 

SET-100挤粒机工作原理

螺杆挤出造粒机为双螺杆，其挤出形式有前挤出和侧挤出两种机型。由驱动、减速、传动箱及主机等部分组成，加入主机内的湿粉状物料，在特殊设计的螺杆元件作用下，经输送压实，开压不均压过程，被送至造粒机头，并被挤出模板，形成同柱状的颗粒产品，从而达到造粒的目的。

由于粉状物料是在湿态下完成挤出制粒过程，使得后续操作过程（如：干燥、包装等）及操作条件得到大大改善，一般可减少现场粉量90%以上。

Working Principle

The screw extruder pelletizer composed of twin screws. Two models are available according to the form of extrusion, which are front extrusion and side extrusion model. The machine composed of driving part, deceleration part, transmission box and main engine. The wet power materials feed into the main unit is compacted under the specially designed screw elements. When conveyed to the pellet head, the materials are extruded out from the mould plate, and formed into columnar granular products, and therefore achieve granulation purpose.

Since the extrusion and granulation of materials are conducted under wet condition, the condition of the following process (such as drying and packing process, etc.) are greatly improved, with amount of dusts reduced above 90%.
