ZP50-11旋转压片机用途说明

ZP50-11旋转压片机适用于食品、医药、化工、电子等其他工业将颗粒状原料压制成圆形片/块/球及环形片、异形片等形状。不适用于半固体，潮湿颗粒，低溶性、吸湿性原料和无颗粒及细粉末物料的压制。本机符合GMP标准要求。冲杆与冲钉为组合式，压制不同形腔的产品只需更换冲钉即可。

Application：

ZP50-11 rotary tablet press is suitable for pressing round/lump/spherical and annular tablets from granule materials. It is widely applied in foodstuff, chemical, electronic industries, etc. It cannot be used to press semi-solid, wet granule, low solubility, hygroscopic or powder materials. This machine meets the GMP requirements. The drill drift and drift pin are built-up type. If you want to change the specification, simply order drift pin of different specification.

ZP50-11旋转压片机产品特性

1、ZP50-11旋转压片机是单压式配有11付冲模，冲模安装在工作台上（简称转台）冲杆沿导轨曲线作上下升降运动，经过上下压轮完成压片工艺流程所需的动作。

2、ZP50-11旋转压片机的压片工艺流程为连续进行加料、充填、压片和出片。

3、ZP50-11旋转压片机由电机作动力驱动，经三角皮带传动减速机，带动工作转台作顺时针方向旋转。

4、4、压轮装置采用滚动摩擦，其工作压力根据压片要求可在范围内进行调节。

5、ZP50-11旋转压片机工作室采用有机玻璃全封闭开启门，能见压片全过程，并能防止压片时粉尘飞扬。

6、6、压片厚度及工作压力均可按手轮指示方向进行调节。

7、7、工作转台速度的调节，是通过变频调速装置，在电气操作柜上，用旋钮进行平稳的调整。

8、8、电器系统与主机为分离式。可保持电器原件洁净、可靠。

Characteristic

1. 1、The machine is single pressure type installed with 11 sets of punch dies. The punch dies are installed on the working table (simply called as turntable), the punch pole make up and down movement along the rail curve. Pressing process is conducted through the up and down pinch rollers.

2. 2、The technological process for tablet pressing of this machine is material feeding, filling, tablet pressing and tablet out continuously.

3. 3、The machine is motor driven. The turntable rotates clockwise through a triangle belt transmission reducer.

4. 4、The pinch roller device adopts rolling friction. Its working pressure can be adjustment in accordance with the requirement of tablet to be pressed.

5. 5、The working chamber of the machine is totally enclosed by organic glass to prevent dusting during  pressing process. Meanwhile, the whole pressing process can be observed through a door.

6. 6、Thickness pressure and work pressure can be adjusted by the hand wheel indicated direction.

7. 7、The rotation speed of turntable is adjusted by VVVF facility through a knob in electric panel. 

8. 8、In order to keep clean and reliability of electric element, the electric system is separated from the main unit.
